Welcome to Warrior Rizen Ranch, a dude ranch located in Morgan, UT. To ensure the safety and enjoyment of our guests, we have established the following policies and procedures. By booking a stay with us, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these policies.

Reservation Policy:

• To secure your reservation, we require a deposit equal to 50% of the total reservation cost.

• Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.

• Cancellations made 30 or more days prior to arrival will receive a full refund.

• Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to arrival will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

Check-in and Check-out Policy:

• Check-in time is 3:00 PM.

• Check-out time is 11:00 AM.

• Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Pet Policy:

• We do not allow pets on the property, with the exception of certified service animals.

Smoking Policy:

• We are a smoke-free property. Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor and outdoor areas, including the cabins, lodge, and barn.

Alcohol Policy:

• Guests are permitted to bring their own alcohol for personal consumption only. Alcohol is not permitted in common areas or for sale on the property.

Firearms Policy:

• The use or possession of firearms or other weapons is strictly prohibited on the property.

Activities and Amenities Policy:

• Guests are responsible for their own safety while participating in activities and using amenities on the property, including horseback riding, hiking, fishing, and swimming.

• Children must be supervised at all times.

• Guests are responsible for any damage caused to equipment or facilities during use.

• We reserve the right to close or restrict access to certain activities and amenities for safety or maintenance reasons.

Noise Policy:

• We ask that all guests respect the quiet enjoyment of others and keep noise levels to a minimum, especially between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

Damages and Fees Policy:

• Guests are responsible for any damages caused to the property during their stay.

• Additional fees may be charged for excessive cleaning, lost keys, and other damages or violations of policy.

Privacy Policy:

• We are committed to protecting the privacy of our guests and will not disclose any personal information without prior consent.
